SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If, for any reason (which is highly unusual) we cannot meet the aforementioned shipping schedule you will be contacted upon receipt of your orders (during our normal brick-and-mortar store hours).
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
We offer free standard shipping on orders shipping to the 48 contiguous US States when it’s an order of $50.00 or more (with certain exceptions for oversized / overweight items). Express shipping is available at an additional cost.
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Local delivery
Local delivery is is often but not always available. Please contact our customer service department at 440-975-1804 to arrange local delivery. We will contact you with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping upon arrangement only. Please contact our customer service representatives at 440-975-1804 or via email at sales@bikebrite.com to arrange international shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bike Brite, Inc. is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at 440-975-1804 or via email at sales@bikebrite.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. If you supply a PO Box be aware that we will use best-way shipping that is available to your delivery location.
